Prompt Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and refine prompts to power AI platform, enhancing the quality and relevance of generated responses
• Create prompts for predictive propensity scoring and personalized communication strategies
• Monitor and analyze prompt performance to identify areas for improvement
• Optimize AI prompt generation processes to enhance overall system performance
• Take end-to-end ownership of client programs, from conception to implementation and evaluation
• Stay proactive in identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in our AI systems
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and machine learning

What We Expect From You:

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college or university (CS/IT or any other engineering domain are preferred)Expertise in prompt engineering, use of diverse large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks is required along with strong Team Management skills Prior knowledge and experience with prompt engineering techniques and algorithms
• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in AI, ML, NLP, or related fields
• Deep understanding of multiple business functions (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to create context-appropriate prompts
• Proficiency in prompt generation tools and methodologies

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
