Qualification- Graduate/ Post Graduate (Hotel Management)
Experience- min 5yrs.
Joining Period- At the earliest
Eligibility- must have relevant experience from Hospitality Industry.

Job Role-
*Managing day-to-day operations like Developing menus, Purchasing supplies, Training and supervising staff.
*Maintaining health and safety standards.
*Controlling three elements of Cost- Food Cost, Labour Cost, Overheads.
Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
*Scheduling training program for staff(Kitchen/ canteen).
*Ensuring predetermined quality of dishes & services.
*Select suppliers/ vendors for kitchen/ canteen.
*Share investment proposals on equipment procurement, expansion etc.
