PPC Manager/PPC Engineer (Piping Fabrication Shop Only)

>Experienced person with all over plant pre production planning, scheduling, sequencing & line balancing, material requirement, material flow, coordination with purchase and store and production team.
>Production plan base on plant capacities and demand forecast from marketing.
>Coordinating Daily Production Plan with cross-functional team for smooth execution of Production Plan and manage the change in plan to address customer requirements/urgency.
>Reports and Records Management of Planning. (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
>Material Management at Shop Floor w.r.t. Audit Criteria, BIS/IEC certification & Customer requirements. (as and when required)
>Inventory age analysis MIS for excess non-moving WIP and follow up with production for completion or disposal.
>Cross Functional Team (CFT) meeting/communication/follow-up. (Procurement, Production, Quality, Packing, Warehouse, Logistic)
>Audit Participation - Internal, External & Global and corrective action define/taken for NCs.
