Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.
  
• Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to inventory control, material planning, and daily production planning.
  
• Conduct kaizen events to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
