Sales Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Drive the sales process from initial planning to final closure.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with Design, Marketing, and Execution teams to ensure seamless delivery of interior fit-out projects.

Foster collaboration across departments for project success.

Business Development:

Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, architects, and interior design firms.

Generate leads for upcoming commercial fit-outs and drive them to successful closures.

Leadership and Initiative:

Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, bringing structure and innovation to sales processes.

Lead with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, motivating teams to excel.

Industry Expertise:

Leverage experience in the real estate or interior design sectors to drive business growth.

Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Experience in real estate sales within interior design companies is an added advantage
