Role Overview

The Full-Funnel Growth Marketer will oversee and integrate strategies across all funnel stagesacquisition, retention, and revenue optimisation. Acting as a critical bridge between these stages, this role ensures a seamless and cohesive growth approach. You will develop and execute growth experiments, manage customer programs, and drive data-driven decision-making to enhance our growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Experiments: Design and implement growth experiments across acquisition channels (e.g., paid media, conversion rate optimisation) and retention strategies (e.g., email, SMS).
• Customer Programs: Create and manage referral and loyalty programs to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Revenue Optimisation: Lead experiments to increase average order value (AOV) and revenue per customer, working closely with CRO and performance marketing teams to optimise pricing, upsells, and bundling.
• Metrics Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyse key metrics across the funnel to enable data-driven decision-making and optimisation across acquisition, retention, and revenue efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with acquisition and retention teams to ensure goal alignment and share insights, creating a seamless growth strategy across all customer touchpoints.

Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record in both acquisition and retention marketing, ideally within an eCommerce or DTC brand. (Avoid applying if you have major experience with SAAS Company)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Webengage) to set up experiments, analyse data, and optimise campaigns.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of customer journeys and experience in building and managing referral and loyalty programs.
• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with a strong ability to analyse metrics and use insights to make strategic decisions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and align goals across departments.
• Experimentation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and track outcomes for continuous improvement.
