Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Creative Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and drive the creative vision and strategy in alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Lead the team in producing innovative, effective, and visually compelling designs across all platforms and media.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
2. UX Excellence
- Lead the design and delivery of user-centered solutions for websites, applications, and digital platforms.
- Oversee usability research, prototyping, and user testing to inform and refine designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex ideas into elegant, functional interfaces.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards, creating inclusive experiences.
- Leverage Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design solutions.
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, including:
- UI/UX Designers for user-centric digital experiences.
- Graphic Designers for social media posts, brochures, and reports, etc.
- PowerPoint Specialists for creating and formatting presentations.
- Frontend Developers (React, Next JS, Angular) for websites and digital platforms.
- Motion Designers for animations and visual storytelling.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and positive team environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide opportunities for skill development and growth.
4. Project Oversight
- Manage the conceptualization, design, and execution of all creative projects.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing strategies.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with various stakeholders and teams, including marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and goals.
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts and experiences.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in creative discussions, providing insights and innovative solutions.
Key Requirements :
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience :
- 12-15 years of experience in creative leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in managing diverse creative teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in graphic design, motion design, UI/UX, and digital platforms.
Skills :
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of frontend development frameworks like React, HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
- Expertise in motion design tools such as After Effects.
- Deep knowledge of design principles, UX design, and web technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
