Maintenance Executive

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance executive to oversee all maintenance activities within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance principles, experience in a GMP-regulated environment, and a proven track record of ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program
2. Oversee work order system
3. Ensure compliance with GMP
4. Manage spare parts inventory
5. Conduct root cause analysis
6. Manage maintenance budget
7. Support GMP audits
8. Drive continuous improvement
9. Ensure safety compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Executive in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements for equipment maintenance
• Experience with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
