Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Planning the course of action to fully recover outstanding debt from the US customers.
- Scheduling the payments with the debtors.
- Knowledge of FDCPA and state Laws.
- Updating data with complete and accurate details regarding your customer interactions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication
- Experience- 0.6 - 10yrs Relevant experience for US Debt Collection
- Graduate/ Undergraduate both can apply.
