Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  
• Identify market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in New Business Development or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
