Job Purpose
The job purpose of this role is to design, implement and manage training programs and be a solutions provider to the Business Learning Partners (BLP) to cater to various learning asks of the bank. The job aims to enable operational efficiency within LD through ensuring program management,vendor management and data management on Learning Hub.
Key Accountabilities
1) Program Management: Provide learning solutions to BLP / Business Stakeholders in response to the various training needs through assessment of training partners (internal / external) and content. Accordingly plan and ensure scheduling of various batches, venue booking, ensuringlogistics for the workshop are in place. Design engaging EDMs (marketing material) for therograms to create excitement and generate interest in training programs. Post the workshop,track data update in Learning Management System (LMS)- Learning Hub.
2) Facilitation and Content Design: Assist in delivering training sessions as a facilitator or coordinator, ensuring engagement amongst participants, actively engage in discussion and knowledge exchange. Design and develop training contents based on identified needs. Contribute ideas and suggestions for innovative learning solutions and delivery methods.
3) Vendor Management: Liaise with external trainers where needed and own the end-to-end management (oversee onboarding process completion by HRSS team within timelines and step- in where required for query resolution; oversee Purchase Order (PO) process for sessions, invoice processing, liaise with finance in case of queries on invoice).
4) Data, Analytics and Administrative Support: Oversee the data management process in LMS to ensure creation of appropriate classes in system; timely update of attendance data; troubleshoot technical issues. Generate reports / analytics to track completion of key programs and drive completion where required. Analyse training data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness of programs, and identify opportunities of improvement. Ensure logistical support is in place before every program through effective co-ordination with trainers, facilities team, and LD support team.
Job Duties responsibilities
1) Assist in development of training materials curriculum based on identified needs.
2) Demand planning and scheduling by creation of classes in Learning hub.
3) Facilitate engaging workshops ensuring effective delivery of content to achieve learning objectives.
4) Facilitate interactive discussions and activities to promote participant engagement and enhance knowledge retention.
5) Vendor management including onboarding of new vendors, raise purchase requisition in systems, plan batches with vendor.
6) Conduct various learning analytics (completion rates, effectiveness, impact, etc) to be able to better interpret and identify areas of improvement. Use data insights to develop strategies for optimizing training delivery and enhancing learning outcomes.
7) Provide logistical support during training sessions to ensure smooth delivery of programs creation of surveys / assessments and tracking completion before workshop date, training centre booking, arranging meals, training materials.
8) Collaborate with trainers (within the bank and external partners) to ensure effective program delivery.
9) Design engaging EDMs/ campaigns to promote training programs, broadcast EDMs, seek nominations from business and drive participation in each classes for optimum batch-size.
