Job Description
- Manage the product approval programs across partners and products by liaising with the regional due diligence team and in-country stakeholders
- Execute strategic initiatives across all distribution channels of the bank which will boost the GI business drive
- Execute and launch digital initiatives for attachment based products across general insurance
- Drive sales of insurance on Digibank platform and manage the product proposition
- Work with General and Health insurance partners, towards product programs, training programs, product placement strategies and product content.
- Ensure product content updation and maintenance across all customer facing communications example:
- Website, statements, emailers and other touchpoints.
- Roll out process trainings and ensure robust process implementation for General Insurance business login
- Ensure implementation of controls and compliance measures across all distribution channels in adherence to regulatory and DBIL policy guidelines
- Has a good grasp of General Insurance products and lifecycle.
- Can closely work and influence the C Level employees.
- Has a working knowledge of digital platforms and their utilization in insurance sales
- Has a minimum 12 years work experience in general insurance domain (preferably in retail network)
- Has good communication and team management skills
- Has an appetite to learn and willingness to adapt as per the role
- Has good presentation skills
