Job Description
Daxko is seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a knack for creative content, and the ability to drive engagement across various platforms. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Daxko s social media presence, collaborating on content strategies, and fostering community engagement.
You will also:
- Develop, implement, and manage Daxko s social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Create engaging content including text posts, images, videos, and infographics that align with the company s brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Monitor and report on Online Reputation data for the Customer Marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster positive relationships with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and overall social media performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best
