Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models (including Project Finance Models) to analyze project returns, funding requirements, valuation and for raising financing for greenfield and brownfield data center projects.
Work with the team to develop optimal capital structures, including debt, equity, and hybrid solutions, to maximize project returns while managing risk.
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess potential outcomes and recommend optimal financing structures.
Coordinate financial, technical, legal, and operational due diligence, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed investment memoranda, presenting key findings and recommendations to internal committees and external stakeholders.
Support the end-to-end execution of financing transactions, from initial term sheet discussions to financial close, including liaising with lenders, advisors, and legal teams.
Stay updated on trends in the data center and infrastructure financing space, including interest rates, regulatory changes, and technology advancements.
Experience & Qualifications:
Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology-based industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of investment analysis techniques, financial modeling, forecasting techniques, project financing structures and valuation methodologies.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with local and international financial policies and regulations.
