The Opportunity :

We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of customer intelligence platforms.

You'll play a crucial role in making complex AI and data analytics capabilities intuitive and accessible to users across organizations, directly contributing to our mission of democratizing customer data access.

Core Responsibilities :

- Lead the design of enterprise-grade features that simplify customer data analysis and visualization.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to translate customer needs and data insights into innovative solutions.

- Develop user flows and interactions that make AI-powered analytics approachable and valuable.

- Create and iterate on prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that bring clarity to complex data interactions.

- Contribute to our design system to ensure consistent, scalable experiences.

- Champion user-centered design practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience designing complex enterprise applications, preferably in AI/ML-powered SaaS domains.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with making complex workflows intuitive.

- Expertise in modern design tools (preferred Figma).

- Proven experience with information architecture and user research.

- Experience building and maintaining design systems.

- Track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders and understanding enterprise needs.

Desired Experience :

- Background in designing SaaS products.

- Experience with AI/ML products.

- Enterprise software design experience.

Educational Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields :

- User Experience Design.

- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).

- Interaction Design.

- Or related design discipline.

OR.

- Equivalent professional experience in UX/product design (typically 4+ additional years of hands-on experience beyond the base requirement).

Technical Toolkit :

- Design : Figma (Preferred).

- Documentation : Jira/Confluence.

- Prototyping and interaction design tools.

- Data visualization design experience.
