BI Engineer

Location: India (Hyderabad)

Min Experience : 3 to 6 Years

Design and develop intuitive and insightful BI Reports and Dashboards using Tableau.

Required Past Experience:

1. 3+ years of overall experience in developing, testing & implementing BI reporting (Tableau) solutions on big data using Cloud technologies like Google Cloud.
2. Hands-on with designing and coding the reports to meet the customer requirements.
3. Experience on configuring administrative features to enable access, promoting code from one environment to another, scheduling reports and dashboards for email delivery, identifying capacity bottlenecks.
4. Experience working in onshore/offshore model

Required Skills and Abilities:

1. Mandatory Skills  Tableau, Looker, GCP, Bigquery, BI testing
2. Hands-on experience of writing SQL. Should be able to understand SQL code and find out what code is doing 
3. Ability to work as an individual contributor and complete assigned tasks with exceptional quality and on time
4. Capability to work across multiple teams and quickly adapt to changing technologies
5. Hands on experience in designing and developing reports and dashboard, validating data, performance optimization of reports, expert on semantic layer designing. 
6. Experience with various development methodologies like waterfall, agile/scrum.
7. Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
8. Collaborative approach to decision-making & Strong analytical skills
9. Good To Have - Certifications in Tableau
