Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead.
Location: Noida, India (Onsite).
Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
We are seeking someone with 5+ years of experience in internal hiring for US Staffing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring recruiters across diverse domains, including IT/Engineering, Banking & Financial Services, Pharma/Life Sciences, and System Implementation roles.
This position requires exceptional leadership, strategic hiring expertise, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Hiring Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive hiring plans to attract top talent for internal positions within the organization.
- Domain-Specific Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in IT/Engineering, Banking & Financial Services, Pharma/Life Sciences, and System Implementation recruiters.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring best practices in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Process Optimization: Enhance recruitment workflows, track performance metrics, and implement innovative sourcing techniques to improve efficiency.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Compliance: Ensure hiring practices align with US staffing regulations and internal company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience (working for a Recruitment/Staffing Agency).
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence candidates/ stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to address hiring challenges and ensure timely delivery of results.
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
