Customer service agent - WFH

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent (CSA) join our Language Line Solutions team. Customer Service Agent (CSA) are for collecting the information from the client accurately and correctly and deviate the call to the interpreters.

Overview :

• This is an Work from Home Job.
• Nightshift
• CTC - 3 LPA
• Looking for candidate within Tamil nadu

Roles & responsibilities

• Determining the language needs of the caller
• Entering appropriate customer information as needed
• Accessing appropriate databases
• Quickly transferring calls to the appropriate staff member
• Providing additional assistance when needed

Educational and professional experience

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to enter and access information using a computer terminal while responding to customer needs
• Excellent keyboarding skills
• Professionalism, accuracy and speed are essential
• Excellent command of the English Language no other language skills are required
