Job Description

Aptech Aviation Academy Bhubaneswar is looking for an experienced and passionate Spoken English and Communication Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and mentor students to improve their spoken English and professional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive spoken English and communication training sessions.
• Design and implement training modules to enhance students' verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Focus on pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, and grammar improvement.
• Guide students in developing confidence for interviews, group discussions, and presentations.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to track students' progress.
• Customize training methods to cater to individual student needs.
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spoken English or Communication Trainer.
• Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to teach and train using modern teaching techniques.
• Knowledge of aviation or hospitality industry communication standards (preferred but not mandatory).
• Friendly, approachable, and patient with a passion for teaching.
