- Low cost airline ticketing and reconciliation.
- Coordination with Airlines call centre for full refunds, waivers , cancellation and changes.
- Train ticket billing and reconciliation.
- Follow up with FHE s for bill disputes and train bill clearance.
- Update Ancillary services through credit cards for Full cost airlines.
- Assist superiors in managing travel desk.
- The candidate must be a graduate with 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role.
- The incumbent must be proficient in handling MS office (Word & Excel) and reservations softwares.
- He / she must be proficient in English.
