Performance Monitoring: Measure and optimize marketing KPIs to ensure ROI and business success.
Core Expectations
Maintain a dynamic website reflecting evolving business strategies.
Optimize SEO to achieve reasonable search rankings and enhance online visibility.
Manage Google AdWords campaigns with optimized SEO strategies.
Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
Script videos and coordinate production with external agencies.
Respond promptly to email inquiries and social media messages.
Bridge leads with operations for seamless conversions.
Conduct competitive analysis and report actionable insights.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in senior marketing roles, preferably in the BPO/KPO/ITES sector.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of outsourcing services and competitive dynamics.
Marketing Expertise: Proven success in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand strategy.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, collaborate across departments, and communicate effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Sales Acumen: In-depth knowledge of the sales funnel and a proven track record of driving conversions.
Flexibility: Willingness to work US hours and conduct sales meetings as needed.
