Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead and oversee the development

and execution of brand strategies for existing and upcoming private labels under EkAnek

Networks portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for

storytelling, and a proven ability to collaborate across teams to deliver innovative and consistent brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy:

○ Conduct comprehensive market research to understand competition, identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the similar category

○ Evaluate customer feedback, analyze surveys to understand customer needs gaps and expectations

○ Use the customer insight to create targeted strategies to enhance customer journey, experience and loyalty towards the brand

2. Communication & Messaging:

○ Work on brand messaging and communication for external and internal stakeholders, ensure communication consistency across channels and touchpoints

○ Collaborate with creative teams to work on influencer plans, communication calendar, creatives and campaigns that resonate with the target audiences

○ Develop and ensure adherence to brand guidelines by all stakeholders

3. Campaign Management & Performance Analysis:

○ Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue

○ Track and analyze key brand performance metrics and suggest measures of improvement

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

MBA preferred.

• Experience:

○ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.

○ Experience managing cross-functional teams and marketing campaigns.

• Skills:

○ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

○ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

○ Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
