Job Title: Analyst-BPO

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling patient appointments as required in ECW.
• Answering patients questions regarding appointments and procedures via email.
• Confirming patient appointments.
• Scheduling referral appointments and follow-ups.
• Verifying insurance details and informing patients of un-covered fees.
• Maintaining a TAT of 1 hr to respond to patient enquires

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
• Team player.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Quick learner.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work night shifts (6pm to 3am).

Walk-In Details:

• Days: Monday Friday
• Time: 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Location: Data Marshall, 1st Floor, Sri Ram Towers, Erramanzil Colony, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082
