Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Recruiting Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to the US Healthcare sector.
• Job Descriptions and Specifications: Create and update detailed job descriptions and specifications.
• Job Analysis: Conduct thorough job and task analyses to document job requirements and objectives.
• Recruitment Materials: Prepare and post recruitment materials on various platforms including job boards, newspapers, and colleges.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize databases, social media, and other resources to source and recruit candidates.
• Resume Screening: Review and screen candidate resumes and job applications.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews using various reliable methods (structured, competency-based, stress interviews, etc.) to filter candidates within the schedule.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new employees are fully integrated.
• HR Best Practices: Monitor and apply best practices in HR recruiting.
• Reporting: Provide detailed and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
• Interviewing Skills: Strong ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress interviews, etc.).
• Selection Processes: Hands-on experience with different selection processes (video interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
• Assessment Centers: Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.).
• HR Systems: Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate
• Experience : 1 to 6 years of relevant experience end to end recruitment
