Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau and Alteryx to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, visualization, and workflow automation. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights and to streamline data processes, enhancing business decision-making capabilities.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Tableau Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau that provide visual insights for stakeholders across different business units.
- Alteryx Workflow Automation: Create, maintain, and optimize Alteryx workflows to automate data preparation, blending, and analysis processes.
- Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular auditing and validation checks, following best practices for data governance.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing analytics processes and tools, promoting efficient and scalable data practices.
- Documentation: Document processes, workflows, and data sources to ensure transparency and reproducibility in analytics efforts.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years Experience at a Product Owner / Lead level for Tableau or other Analytical tools
- Ability to Understand Business Goals and create reports and Visualizations that help the business in decision-making
- Experience with Contact Center and Customer Service Data and Visualization
- Atleast 5 yrs Hands-on experience with tableau
- Experience using ETL tools like Alteryx to setup and manage data pipelines for reporting
- Ability to Lead a team to develop and present the Business Insights
