Key Responsibilities.

Oversee the creative process for promo production and planning, including show selection, ideation, writing, directing AI artists, animators, and sound artists, guiding writers and storyboard artists, quality-checking all production assets, providing feedback on different cuts, and managing timelines..

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of trending tropes and genres for content acquisition and show selection..

Research competitive platforms, shows, and advertisements to build insights through in-depth analysis..

Manage cross-functional relationships and facilitate information sharing between teams..

Analyze data to inform creative decision-making for individual projects and long-term strategy..

Serve as a liaison between creative production teams and other relevant departments..

Mandatory Skills.

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Film Making, Television, or a relevant discipline..

4+ years of experience in a creative role with an emphasis on producing video content..

Proficiency in writing, shot breakdown, animation direction, color theory, storytelling, and the fundamentals of editing and sound design..

Experience running projects with multiple stakeholders..

Experience managing external creative and production partners..

Proven ability to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams..

Preferred Skills.

Portfolio showcasing work in the Comic Domain..

Interest in Comics, Anime, and Films..

Experience in comic creation, such as character conceptualization, storyboarding, and illustration..

Strong analytical skills to understand data and derive actionable insights..
