The ideal candidate will have a robust artistic vision, a strong understanding of adapting scripts into visual narratives, and experience utilizing AI in artistic workflows.

As the Art Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping the artistic direction of our projects and ensuring the delivery of top-quality artwork.

rtArt Direction:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of artists to deliver outstanding visual content that aligns with the company's creative goals and project requirement.

Script Adaptation:Collaborate closely with Creative Producers to understand and interpret scripts, transforming written narratives into visually engaging comic panels with a keen understanding of text-to-screen narration adaptatio.

Use of AI:Explore and implement the use of Dashtoon AI tool for image generation and enhancement to innovate and streamline the art creation proces.

Quality Assurance:Ensure project artwork meets the companys high standards for quality, style, and consistency; provide constructive feedback and support to the art tea.

Team Leadership:Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting creativity and professional growth within the art tea.

Industry Trends:Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques to keep the artwork current and vibran.

Recruitment and Training:Assist in recruiting new talent and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the art tea.
