Job Description
- Establish and document visual expectations for the project across all art disciplines
- Work with the project director and producer to set standards, track asset creation, and form realistic milestone expectations
- Review and approve art from various art disciplines
- Work with gameplay designers and engineers to format art for the best gameplay/visual experience
- Manage team so assets are optimized to meet platform requirements
Role Requirements
- Experience managing other artist and asset creation pipelines
- Experience creating games in Unreal Engine through either Graphic Design/Branding, Animation, 2D illustrations, and/or 3D Model creation
- Portfolio with work in tools such as Maya, Photoshop, and other art creation software
- Experience crafting an art bible or similar style guide for a project across multiple art disciplines
