About the Role:.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Deputy ManagerFinance & Accounts to join our Finance team.
The ideal candidate will be an Individual Contributor with a proven ability to manage end-to-end operational finance functions, including AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and Tax in a dynamic environment.
This role involves handling multi-country financial statement consolidation, intercompany transactions, and compliance matters while supporting management in operational finance activities..
Key Responsibilities:.
Prepare Monthly Consolidation MIS and multi-country Financial Statements..
Manage Inter-Company Cross Charges and Capitalization of Tangibles and Intangibles (with a focus on Software & Content Intangibles)..
Oversee the complete Record-to-Report cycles of AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and Tax functions..
Support the Financial Controller in finance, compliance, and operational finance including RBI, FEMA, and cross-border financing matters..
Drive and project manage automation and adopt global accounting and compliance best practices..
Liaise with other teams (primarily Operations, Marketing, Tech and Support) for on-time, accurate cost recording and reporting.
Must Haves:.
For CA-Inter:4-6 years of experience in start-ups within the Finance Controllership team.

Com Graduates:6-9 years of corporate experience, with at least 4 years in a sizeable start-up and a mix of large corporates..
Hands-on experience with Monthly Consolidation MIS and multi-country Financial Statements is mandatory..
