What we're looking for
We are looking for Front End Developers to join our UI Engineering team at DappLooker! This UI Engineering team specializes in building the next generation of digital products leveraging the latest UI technologies and architectures, multi-device techniques, big scale applications, component-based systems, intelligent user interfaces, and the latest trends in user experience.
Responsibilities
- Implementing cutting-edge UI design and pushing the boundaries of visual interaction in web applications.
- Deploying and managing apps.
- Handle API integrations properly.
- Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into interactive user interfaces.
- Conducting website performance tests & monitoring performance of the live website.
- Working closely with Designers, Product team, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class products to our users.
What we Expect
- A minimum hands-on experience of 2+ years in this role.
- Proficiency in Next.js, React, HTML & CSS, with a focus on building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Expertise in Javascript and its concepts.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for website optimization.
- Proficiency in using state management libraries like Zustand, Redux, MobX, or Context API.
- Passion for User Experience and delivering beautiful, user-friendly applications.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues.
- Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and documented code.
- Experience with JavaScript architectures.
- Experience in Core JavaScript (ES5, ES6), HTML, CSS/Sass.
- Knowledge in algorithms, design patterns, and modularization.
- Experience with JSON and RESTful services.
- Hands-on with Flow or TypeScript.
- Influence and contribute to the internal development process and team culture, supporting the team's current and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to openly and humbly share and challenge ideas.
