Administer Exchange Online environment including user/group/shared mailboxes, retention policies, and mail flow rules
Support user accounts and licenses
Develop and monitor governance policies for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
Administer Teams environment including Teams, Meetings, Panels and Room Devices, using the Call Quality Dashboard as needed
Monitor M365 roadmap advising client of upcoming feature releases and deprecations
Provision, manage, and monitor Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking components
Utilize App Insights, Alerts, Log Analytics, and Network tools to troubleshoot and proactively monitor Azure components
Administer DevOps environment by creating projects, templates, and managing users
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Azure/M365 administration in a large corporate environment.
Minimum 4+ years of experience with SharePoint Online.
Optional 4+ years of experience with SharePoint OnPrem.
Minimum 2+ years of experience with Azure SQL Server PaaS
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Experience in Azure Administration
Experience in SharePoint Administration
Experience in Azure SQL Server PaaS
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Mindset of continual learning and ability to stay on the leading edge of Microsoft technology
Advanced understanding of Azure App Services and load balancing tools such as Application Gateway
Deep understanding of Azure management groups, subscriptions, and resource groups
Experience with Azure SQL Databases
Understanding of Azure AD, conditional access policies, and AD Connect
Ability to create PowerShell scripts and Logic Apps to automate management tasks
Knowledge of ITIL processes
