We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive/Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate and conduct interviews. Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee queries and concerns. Organize employee engagement activities and events. Foster a positive work culture.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems. Provide feedback and support to employees for growth and improvement.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
Payroll & Compliance: Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory compliance. Maintain employee records and handle legal requirements.
HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Exit Management: Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1 years of experience in HR Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
