You are typically responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organising meetings, creating and maintaining databases, and preparing reports, among other tasks. You act as the gatekeeper for your supervisor's schedule and communication, which involves screening calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
