Job Description
Job Description:
•Conduct mechanical inspections on Plant machinery and equipment’s to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations
•Perform tests and measurements on mechanical components to evaluate performance and diagnose mechanical problems
•Interpret technical drawings and schematics
•Create inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections
•Communicate findings and recommendations to Technical Cell Head and maintenance teams, and follow-up for closure
•Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems
•Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices to improve the quality of inspections and testing.
•Support in planning and developing preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and longevity of plant equipment's
•Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
