Discount Manager - Dalmia Cement - Chennai

Job Description

1. Responsible for processing discount schemes for Dealers & Sub dealers.

2. Prepare scheme tracker for eligible discount schemes in coordination with Sales COE team for monthly provisioning process

3. Prepare Budget vs Actuals analysis for discount schemes

4. Prepare MIS on discount provision and disbursement for SLT review

5. Prepare Dealer wise Discount disbursement report

6. Prepare estimated Discount outflow report for quarterly & Annual schemes

7. Prepare price comparison report based on market readings

8. Coordinate with Sales team for Discount Scheme documentation, Discount disbursement approval etc.

9. Prepare KPI tracker basis scheme document

10. Prepare statutory audit schedules at end of quarter and coordinate with auditors and provide clarifications

11. Responsible for in-kind scheme calculations, like Gold, Foreign Trip, Sub Dealer Benefit etc.,

12. Co-ordinate with IM team for any issues in current process, new requirements and support for testing and implementation.

13. Co-ordinate with vendors for delivery of Gifts/Gold coins or any other scheme benefits.

14. Co-ordinate with payable team for sub dealer credit processing, vendor bills processing & payments and TDS.

15. Support Sales team for any queries raised by Dealers or Sub dealers relating to Discount schemes.

16. Responsible for sharing relevant documents and information with Internal auditors and resolve queries.

17. Knowledge of SAP rebate management functionality is required with advanced excel skills

18. This position may also require travel across various regions
