Commercial Business Development - Kadapa

Role & responsibilities

• Shall be responsible to manage all AFRF Operations by providing timely support for the business.
• To develop and implement strategic plans for the facility to achieve its goals in alternative fuel production and resource management.
• To manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficient production and distribution of alternative fuels.
• To manage the procurement and utilization of resources such as raw materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• To implement quality control measures to ensure that the alternative fuels produced meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• To ensure that the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements.
• To manage the facility's budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial sustainability.
• To implement sustainable practices in fuel production, waste management, and resource utilization to reduce environmental impact.
• To build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as government agencies, suppliers, customers, and the community to ensure smooth operations and support for the facility
• To Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance enhancement, and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
