Job Description
- Weighing Systems: Strong knowledge of weighing systems such as Multicore, weigh feeders, SFF, Roto scales, and LIW, particularly with makes Schenck and Pfister.
- Sub Control and Hydraulic Systems: Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining sub-control systems and hydraulic systems for coolers and VRMs.
- Automation Systems: In-depth experience with FLSmidth SCADA systems and programming on Rockwell and Siemens PLC platforms.
- VFD Maintenance: Expertise in the maintenance and troubleshooting of LV and MV Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Gas Analysers & Monitoring Systems: Knowledge of gas analysers, Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Systems (AAQMS), stack monitoring systems, and cross-belt analyzers.
- IT-OT Systems & Cybersecurity: Strong understanding of IT-OT systems, including OT cybersecurity concepts, networking protocols, firewalls, OPC communication, and related technologies.
- Communication Protocols: Solid understanding of communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, OPC, and other industrial communication standards.
- EMS & MIS Programming: Ability to program and manage EMS meters and MIS systems.
- Budgeting & Spare Parts Management: Experience in OPEX and CAPEX budget planning, with effective spare parts management.
- Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
