- Monitor performance of RCF Engineers, RCF Advisors and TechVan Engineers
- Provide Technical services to High potential contractor (>500 bags per month)
- TechVan management (Including route plan creation)
- Complaint resolution in the territory
- Planning, monitoring (including App compliance and activation effectiveness) and training of RCF Engineers and RCF Advisors
- Conduct meets about products, good construction practices etc. (Customer meets, Counter meets, High Potential contractor meets)
- Training for the Masons/ Labor in the territory (on good construction practices Mix Design)
