Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance processes for our B2C and B2B applications across web, iOS, and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will lead our QA team in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products while implementing best practices and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
Manage resource allocation, sprint planning, and workload distribution within the QA team Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs for team members.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and UX teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
Quality Strategy & Process
Develop and maintain comprehensive QA strategies across web and mobile platforms. Establish testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Create and optimize test automation frameworks and processes.
Define quality metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and product quality.
Implement and maintain test management systems and documentation.
Technical Execution
Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Oversee cross-platform testing activities including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Guide the team in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs through resolution.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
Lead critical bug triage sessions and coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field .
4+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in web and mobile application testing (iOS and Android) .
Proven track record of leading QA teams and implementing successful QA processes . Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with B2C and B2B applications and understanding of both consumer and business-facing product quality requirements.
Familiarity with performance testing and monitoring tools.
Experience with API testing and backend quality assurance.
Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
Technical Skills
Test Automation Tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, XCUITest, Espresso) Bug.
Tracking Systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) Test Management Tools Performance Testing Tools API Testing Tools Version Control Systems (e.g., Git) Basic programming/scripting knowledge.
