Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Android Developer to take ownership of our mobile applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and great user experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Android development, modern architectures, and cross-platform technologies like Kotlin Multi-platform (KMM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and testable applications using MVVM / Clean Architecture.
• Work with Room Database, WorkManager, LiveData, Flow, StateFlow, and SharedFlow.
• Integrate third-party services, including AppsFlyer deep linking and Play Billing Library.
• Handle Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM) for shared business logic across Android and iOS.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Monitor crashes and app stability using Firebase Crashlytics & Play Console.
• Ensure security best practices in mobile app development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

Programming: Kotlin, Java

Architecture: MVVM, Clean Architecture

Jetpack Components: ViewModel, LiveData, Room, WorkManager, Navigation Component

Asynchronous Programming: Coroutines, Flow, StateFlow, SharedFlow

Networking: Retrofit, OkHttp

Database Management: Room Database, SQLite

Dependency Injection: Dagger/Hilt

Build & CI/CD: Gradle, Git, GitHub Actions ,GitLab

Third-Party Integrations: AppsFlyer, Firebase, Play Billing Library

Monitoring & Crash Analysis: Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Console ANR Reports

Cross-Platform Development: Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM).

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Jetpack Compose
• Exposure to Payment Gateway Integrations
• Familiarity with A/B testing, Analytics, and App Growth strategies
