excellence. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AGM of RD to lead our research

initiatives and product development in a challenging and demanding environment.

Job Summary:

The AGM of RD will oversee the RD oilfield department, managing a team of experienced

professionals and driving innovation across various chemical applications. This role involves

leading the development of new products, from conceptualization through to commercialization,

and ensuring effective transition from pilot scale to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the RD team in developing new chemical products and applications,

particularly in the area of the Oilfield industry

Serve as the technical lead in customer meetings, collaborating closely with the

Marketing team to define product performance requirements and manage projects to

customer validation.

Oversee and prioritize research areas, initiate and guide projects to explore new

chemical formulations.

Ensure successful scale-up of new products from pilot plant to full-scale production.

Engage directly with customers for product validation and to address any technical or

application concerns.

Drive innovation in product development and applications, leveraging in-depth

knowledge of surfactants, polymers, and performance chemicals.

Expected Expertise:

Extensive experience in handling, designing, and validating application-specific

Ethoxylates and Propoxylates, formulations for various industrial uses.

Profound knowledge of surfactants and polymers, particularly in Oilfield chemistries.

Hands-on experience in developing and applying chemicals for the oilfield industry.

Requirements:

M.Sc. + PhD in Organic Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry.

At least 25 years of experience in surfactants and polymers.

Experience in leading RD projects, from formulation to commercialization.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
