Area Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager - Project Sales

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager/ National Sales Head

Location: Ghaziabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our project sales efforts in the Delhi NCR, UP West & East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new project opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth for our steel tubes and pipes products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the market focusing on infrastructure, construction, industrial & Govt. project

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including project owners, consultants, contractors, and architects

- Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to promote our products and services

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and competitors

- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the steel tubes and pipes industry

- Proven track record of success in project sales, with a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and key decision-making processes

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of the market , including key projects, customers, and competitors

- Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
