• Candidate must have proven 1-2 yrs experience under a similar post in handling Pharma sales operations at the same H.Q.
• Candidate must have a proven strategic growth track record (database) from the past organization.
• Candidate must possess strong business relationships, strategic thinking, result-oriented approach and ability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Making long-term and short-term goals for the business development of the company.
• Making Business plans and strategies.
• Review and analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies.
• Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales as per plan.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
