Designation: Divisional Sales Manager (05th Line Manager)

Job description:
- Candidate must have proven 2-3 yrs experience under a similar post in handling Pharma sales operations at the State Level.
- Candidate must have a proven strategic growth track record (database) from the past organization.
- Candidate must possess strong business relationships, strategic thinking, result-oriented approach and ability.
- Candidate must have outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making long-term and short-term goals for the business development of the company.
- Making Business plans and strategies.
- Review and analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies.
- Market review of new products and services.
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales as per plan.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
