Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst , to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and strategic planning. They will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for improvement, optimizing workflows, and driving growth within the organization.
Responsibility: - Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects, initiatives, or system enhancements.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.
- Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and propose innovative solutions that address business needs and objectives.
- Project Management: Lead and/or participate in project teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions and adoption by end-users.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively utilize new systems or processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or 7 yrs. of experience as Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modelling, data modelling, and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in business analysis and project management.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
