Job Description

As the Principal AI Engineer at d.Kraft, , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategy, leading the design and development of groundbreaking AI solutions, and mentoring a team of talented AI engineers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying AI technologies, architect robust AI systems, and ensure the successful implementation of AI projects from conception to deployment.

Responsibility:

Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies and initiatives to address business challenges and opportunities.

Architect scalable and efficient AI systems and algorithms that leverage machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI techniques.

Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI technologies, methodologies, and approaches that can enhance our products and services.

Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to define AI requirements, prioritize projects, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research, tools, and techniques, and evaluate their potential impact on our business and industry.

Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for applying AI technologies to solve complex problems and create new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Work closely with customers and partners to understand their AI needs and requirements, and collaborate on customizing and integrating AI solutions to meet their specific needs.

Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and forums to share insights, best practices, and thought leadership in the field of AI.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field; advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI research, development, and engineering, with a proven track record of leading AI projects from concept to production.

Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or related AI disciplines.

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or other relevant languages, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing technologies (e.g., Spark/Hadoop/Kubernetes) for developing and deploying AI applications at scale.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design, with experience in building scalable and maintainable software systems.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI technology.
