Team Lead - Recruitment

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to help them meet hiring goals.
• Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and help develop workforce planning strategies.
• Foster a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates are well-informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Strong understanding of recruitment software and tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hires.
• 3 to 5 year experience preferred in same role
