Design Specialist senior

2 to 6 year experience on FTTH/FTTP planning and designing. Perform telecom network planning and designing the network in customer applications Permit drawing creation with respect to City and State requirements Good knowledge and working experience on quick pole, SPIDA and OCAL & pole loading analysis and aerial permit creation. Responsible to meet the Project SLAs by producing the quality work within the specified timelines. Mentoring the new joiners and helping them on project requirements, perform quality check, preparing deliverables, building the team with effective feedbacks Responsible to work on Pilot / POC activities and gathering the technical requirements Responsible to perform quality checks, conducting regular feedback sessions for the quality improvement. Providing ideas for internal automation and process changes.
