Job Description
- Candidate must hold sound knowledge of SACS, STAAD Pro, and Navis Works software. Experience in ANSYS/ABACUS/IdeaStatica would be an added advantage.
- Must be familiar with design specifications and Codes AISC, API RP2A, DNV, NORSOK, Eurocodes, Conceptual study, FEED & other studies.
- Must be Familiar with class authority approvals like ABS, DNV etc.
- Must be familiar with detailed study of loads and loading combinations used for offshore design.
- Must be familiar with perform and review different type of preservice and in service analysis for Topside module s (In-Place, Lift Analysis, Barge Transportation, Load-Out Analysis, Spectrum analysis, Dynamic analysis).
- Shall be able to perform and review FEM analysis for typical joint connections.
- Must hold sound knowledge of strength, buckling, fatigue and dynamic behaviour of structures.
- Review of Weight Control Report (WCR)
- Experience of interdisciplinary 3D model reviews, constructability review.
