Java Full Stack Solution Architect

Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java full stack Technical Architect to join our team. As a Java full stack Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Java full stack -based solutions for our Telecommunication projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and develop scalable and high-performance applications.
- Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using different technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 -15 years of experience in the design and development of Java full stack (Java, Angular, Springboot) applications.

• Mandatory EXPEREINCE in Architecting TELECOM SOLUTIONs related to one of these areas: WORKFLOW MANANGEMENT & FIELD FORCE MANANGEMENT, Fiber Analysis tool or OTDR device integration

• Proven Object-Oriented designer and implementer with strong understanding of Enterprise software architecture leveraging design patterns.
• Strong knowledge in Core java, Angular, Spring boot & Design patterns.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing and deploying micro services.
• Design and implementation of Cloud native systems
• Code quality control using static analysis for code and dependencies: Sonar, Veracode, etc.
• Working knowledge of creating CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo or Jenkins
• Experience in Database technologies - Oracle RDMS, Postgres SQL, NoSQL DB (Couchbase), DynamoDB
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in memory debugging, memory leak detection and profiling
• Experience in working with multithreading applications.
• Hands-on experience in API design and development
• Familiarity with Scripting languages (Bash, Perl, etc)
• Experience in static and dynamic code analysis and exposure to related tools.
• Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.
• Ability to work productively and efficiently in an agile environment.
• Hands on experience in telecommunication OSS projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
